摘　　要：目的探讨碘海醇注射液在CT泪道造影中应用的数据观察。方法对50例(100只眼)泪溢患者以碘海醇注射液作为造影剂行CT泪道造影,在CT轴位、冠状位和矢状位图像上观察泪道及其周围的解剖结构并测量泪囊大小。结果在100只眼中,正常眼数目为39只(39%),泪小管阻塞数目为4只(4%),泪总管阻塞数目为2只(2%),鼻泪管阻塞(慢性泪囊炎)数目为55只(55%)。正常眼与慢性泪囊炎的泪囊大小差异在长径、横径和前后径上均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。造影中出现不良反应的例数为0,:结论碘海醇注射液作为CT泪道造影剂能清楚显示泪囊大小及鼻泪管的狭窄情况,确定泪道阻塞的实际位置,并可以测量CT各层面的泪囊大小。OBJECTIVE To investigate the data observation of lohexol in computed tomographic dacryocystography.METHODS 50 cases(100 eyes)with lacrimal effusion were examined by CT dacryocystography with lohexol as contrast medium.RESULTS In 100 eyes,there were 39 normal es(39%),4 lacrimal duct obstruction(4%),2 ductus lacrimal duct obstruction(2%),and 55 nasolacrimal duct obstruction(55%).There were statistically significant differences in the size of dacryocysts between normal eyes and chronic dacryocystitis in length diameter(P<0.05),transverse diameter(P<0.05)and anteropostertial diameter(P<0.05).The number of adverse reactions was 0.CONCLUSION lohexol,as a contrast agent of CT lacrimal duct,can clearly show the size of dacryocyst and narcolysis of nasolacrimal duct,determine the actual location of lacrimal duct obstruction,and measure the size of dacryocyst at all levels of CT.
