摘　　要：本文基于我国大规模教育考试特点和当前国内外题库建设规律,在已有国家题库1.0基础上,总结了我国考情下国家题库建设的技术路径,明晰了国家题库2.0建设的总体目标。本文聚焦国家题库2.0建设对新高考的服务和支撑,重点论述了两个方面的创新研究:高考命题从任务导向到过程导向的新管理模式创新;围绕题库系统梳理考试全流程的数据生态体系创新。通过新高考国家题库创新研究,力图重塑考试业态,使之透明规范、有标准可循,并在大数据和信息技术迅猛发展的背景下以题库为枢纽和龙头,形成与命题相关的新的工作和分析方法。Based on the characteristics of the Chinese education examination system and international item bank systems,this paper clarifies the general plan of establishing a National Item Bank System of the new era and draws a practicable technology roadmap of it.Focusing on the New Gaokao reform,this paper mainly discusses two aspects of innovation research:transforming task-oriented management models into process-oriented models and reconstructing the data ecosystem from separated to an interconnected one,in an attempt to create an integrated,standardized and normative examination process,and also to use AI techniques to explore new analysis and working methods in constructing item bank system.
