摘  要:以杏鲍菇"杏大"为试材,采用正交实验和极差方法对诱变时间、诱变距离及孢子浓度进行筛选;采用生长速率、荧光显微、菌落特性观察及杂交组合子的出菇状态来评价杂交效果。结果表明:最优紫外诱变组合为孢子浓度100倍、照射时间45 s、垂直高度45 cm。诱变后亲本单菌落杂交形成10个杂交组合,其中杂交组合TX6菌丝生长速率最高,显著高于对照的生长速率(P<0.05);出菇培养后TX6、TX8和TX10组合均出菇,菇体表现为耳片状,部分化菌柄,耳片背面未见菌褶。这3个杂交组合可以作为杂交新组合进一步进行出菇条件研究。Pleurotus eryngii‘Xingda’was used as the test material,and the orthogonal experiments and the extremely poor methods were used to determine the mutagenesis time,mutagenesis distance and the spore concentration;the growth rate,fluorescence microscopy,colony characteristics observation,and the mushrooming state of the hybrid assemblage were used to evaluate the hybridization effect.The results showed that the optimal combination of UV mutation was 100 times the spore concentration,irradiation time 45 seconds,and vertical height 45 cm.Ten parental hybrids were formed by single colony hybridization after the mutagenesis,among them,the TX6 mycelium had the highest growth rate,which was significantly higher than that of the control(P<0.05);TX6,TX8,and TX10 produced mushrooms after the mushrooms were cultivated,and the mushroom bodies were ear-shaped,partially stipe-shaped,and no folds were seen on the back of the ear-pieces.These three hybrid combinations could be used as a new hybrid group to further study the mushrooming conditions.
