丁苯酞软胶囊与拜阿司匹林肠溶片治疗短暂性脑缺血发作效果比较

摘　　要：目的观察丁苯酞软胶囊与拜阿司匹林肠溶片治疗短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2016年10月—2018年10月收治的72例TIA患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式分为观察组34例和对照组38例。观察组给予丁苯酞软胶囊,对照组给予拜阿司匹林肠溶片。观察2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前及治疗14 d后血小板聚集率(PAG)、血小板相关因子、血液流变学指标及凝血指标变化情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组PAG、血栓烷B2水平、血液流变学指标及血浆纤维蛋白原水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01);2组活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶原时间水平均较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组环磷酸腺苷水平较治疗前和对照组升高(P<0.01)。结论丁苯酞软胶囊治疗TIA疗效确切,具备良好的抗血小板聚集作用,可显著改善患者血液流变学状态和凝血功能。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Butylphthalide soft capsules and Bayaspirin enteric-coated tablets on transient ischemic attack(TIA).Methods The clinical data of 72 patients with TIA who were treated from October 2016 to October 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment method,they were divided into Observation group(n=34)and Control group(n=38).The efficacy was observed,and the platelet aggregation rate(PAG),platelet-related factors,hemorheology indexes and coagulation indexes were compared between the two groups before treatment and at 14 d after treatment.Results The total effective rate in Observation group was higher than that in Control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of PAG,platelet thromboxane B2(TXB2),hemorheology indexes and plasma fibrinogen(FIB)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in Observation group were lower than those in Control group(P<0.01).The levels of activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and prothrombin time(PT)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels in Observation group were higher than those in Control group(P<0.01).The platelet cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP)level in Observation group was higher than that before treatment and that in Control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Butylphthalide has exact efficacy in the treatment of TIA.And it has a good effect on anti-platelet aggregation and can significantly improve the hemorheology states and coagulation function.
