摘 要:针对国标方法蒸馏前处理的缺陷进行改进,结合离子色谱法的优势,建立了一种准确定量干红葡萄酒中亚硫酸盐的快速蒸馏-离子色谱检测法。样品通过微量蒸馏仪快速蒸馏酸化产生的二氧化硫,被氢氧化钠溶液吸收生成亚硫酸根,经0.45μm滤膜过滤后,用离子色谱仪进行测定。该方法的前处理操作简单、快速,杂质干扰明显减少,适合批量样品的检测。方法结果表明,亚硫酸根离子质量浓度在1.0~100 mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数R2为0.9995,检出限为1 mg/L。加标回收率平均值在87.4%~99.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.63%~2.93%,可以准确测定干红葡萄酒中的亚硫酸盐含量。Combined with the advantages of ion chromatography,a method for the accurate determination of sulfite in dry red wine was established by rapid distillation and ion chromatography in order to improve the shortcomings of pre-distillation treatment in national standard.The sample was rapidly distilled and acidified by a micro-distillation apparatus to produce sulfur dioxide.The sulfur dioxide was absorbed by the sodium hydroxide solution to form sulfite,and the absorption liquid was filtered by 0.45μm filter,and determined by ion chromatograph.The pretreatment of the method was simple and fast,and the impurity interference was greatly reduced,which was suitable for batch sample detection.The experimental results showed that the sulfite ion concentration in the range of 1.0-100 mg/L showed a good linear relationship,the correlation coefficient R2 was 0.9995,and the detection limit was 1 mg/L.The average adding standard recovery rate was between 87.4%-99.4%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 1.63%-2.93%,which could accurately determine the sulfite content in dry red wine.
