摘 要:宝钢股份宝山基地有两台660 m^2烧结机,采用活性炭二级错流吸附烟气净化工艺进行脱硝。通过实验室试验设计和分析,以及对现场生产实绩数据进行回归分析,系统解析了活性炭二级错流吸附烟气净化工艺脱硝效率的影响因素。结果表明:脱硝率与含氧量、喷氨量呈正相关关系,与温度、烟气流量呈负相关关系,脱硝率随入口烟气NOx质量浓度的升高而升高;最后,通过回归方法得到脱硝率的预测公式,可为进一步提升活性炭烟气净化系统的脱硝率提供参考。There are two 660 m^2 sintering machines in Baoshan Base of Baoshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,which adopt the secondary cross-flow adsorption technology using activated carbon to clean the flue gas.Based on the serial lab test design and analysis,and the regression analysis aimed at the data collected at the production field,the factors which influence the denitration efficiency of the process is systematically analyzed where the activated carbon secondary cross-flow adsorption is applied to clean the flue gas.The results show that the denitration efficiency has a positive correlation with oxygen content and ammonia injection amount,and a negative one with temperature and flue gas flow,and the denitration rate would rise following the rising of the mass concentration of the NOx in the flue gas at the inlet.In the end,the regression analysis method is used to get the prediction formula of denitration efficiency,which could provide references for further improving of denitration efficiency of the activated carbon-based flue gas cleaning system.
