乌鲁木齐地区错[牙合]畸形患者Bolton指数的分析研究

摘　　要：目的探究乌鲁木齐地区三种安氏错[牙合]畸形患者Bolton指数及Bolton比不调的发生情况。方法对240例正畸患者石膏模型的Bolton前牙比和全牙比进行测算,得出Bolton指数范围以及Bolton比不调的发生情况。结果乌鲁木齐地区错牙合畸形患者Bolton指数前牙比及全牙比不调发生率分别为57.08%、40.83%。该地区错[牙合]畸形患者Bolton比与国人平均正常[牙合]Bolton比之间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。Bolton指数不调发生率在安氏Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男女之间Bolton比值不调发病率不存在统计学差异(P>0.05)。以牙齿大小不调量大于(或)等于1.5 mm作为Bolton不调量的指标,前牙不调和全牙不调发生率分别为15.4%、15%。结论乌鲁木齐地区错牙合畸形患者中Bolton指数不调的发生率偏高,应重视其在指导正畸初诊病例分析诊断中的意义并将其纳入常规正畸诊断分析的重要指标之一。Objective To testify the Bolton index and the incidence of Bolton index disorder among three types of Angle class malocclusions in Urumqi area.Methods Bolton index anterior and overall tooth ratios of 240 orthodontic plaster models were measured and calculated.The incidence of Bolton index irregularity and Bolton index range of Urumqi area were obtained.Results The incidences of Bolton index anterior tooth ratio and overall tooth ratio discrepancy of malocclusion patients in Urumqi area were 57.08%and 40.83%.There was no difference between Bolton index in Urumqi area and Bolton index of Chinese normal occlusion(P>0.05).Bolton index discrepancy of different malocclusions had statistical difference(P>0.05).And there was no difference in Bolton index discrepancy between different genders(P>0.05).If 1.5 mm was used as Bolton tooth size discrepancy(TSD),the incidences of anterior and overall teeth discrepancy were 15.4%and 15%seperately.There was significant difference in the incidence of overall tooth size discrepancy among the three types of Angle malocclusions(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of Bolton index disorder in Urumqi area is high,whose guiding significance in the analysis and diagnosis of the cases should be emphasized and which should be included as a routine measure for the diagnosis and design of malocclusion patients.
