摘　　要：目的:探讨microRNA-211(miR-211)在宫颈癌外周血清中的表达及其与宫颈癌(cervical cancer,CC)临床病理特征的关系。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年5月期间在我院被确诊的宫颈癌患者68例和同期体检的健康妇女36例,参与本研究,通过逆转录-定量聚合酶链反应(RT-qPCR)检测其外周血清中miR-211的表达。收集临床数据,并分析宫颈癌患者miR-211表达与临床病理特征的关系。结果:与对照组相比,宫颈癌组患者外周血清中miR-211的表达显著降低(P<0.001)。miR-211的表达与CC病理类型、淋巴结转移和宫颈癌的FIGO分期有关(P<0.05),而与年龄、初潮年龄、绝经状态、怀孕次数、分娩次数、家族史和肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05)。结论:miR-211在患有CC的患者的外周血清中下调,可能在宫颈癌的发生发展过程中发挥重要作用,其与CC病理类型、FIGO分期和淋巴结转移相关。Objective:To investigate the expression of microRNA-211(miR-211)in peripheral serum of cervical cancer and its relationship with clinicopathological features of cervical cancer(CC).Methods:68 patients with cervical cancer diagnosed in our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019,and 36 healthy women from the same period were enrolled in the study.The expression of miR-211 in serum of 68 patients with CC and 36 healthy women were detected by reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR).Clinical data were collected to analyze the relationship between miR-211 expression and clinicopathological features of patients.Results:Compared with the control group,the expression of miR-211 in the serum group of patients with cervical cancer was significantly lower(P<0.001).Decreased expression of miR-211 was associated with CC pathology,lymph node metastasis,and the FIGO stage,but was independent of age,age at menarche,menopausal status,number of pregnancies,number of deliveries,family history,and tumor size.Conclusion:miR-211 is down-regulated in the serum of patients with CC,and may play an important role in the development of cervical cancer,which is related to CC pathological type,FIGO stage and lymph node metastasis.
