摘  要:目的:探讨STAT1在高级别浆液性卵巢癌(HGSC)组织中的表达特点及其与预后的关系。方法:选取我院2005年1月至2015年1月106例HGSC患者病理活检组织标本构建组织微阵列,采用免疫组织化学染色法检测所有活检组织标本中STAT1的表达情况,分析STAT1表达对HGSC患者总体生存期(OS)的影响。结果:在HGSC中STAT1的高表达与高OS显著相关(P=0.013)。Cox比例风险回归模型显示,STAT1表达、FIGO分期和细胞减灭术状态对HGSC患者OS均有独立影响。结论:STAT1高表达与HGSC患者更高的OS存在显著相关性,可以作为预后判断的生物学标志物。Objective:To investigate the relationship of STAT1 expression characteristics with clinical prognosis in the high grade serous ovarian cancer(HGSC).Methods:Expression of STAT1 was determined with immunohistochemical staining of a tissue microarray in 106 specimens of HGSC.The relationship of STAT1 expression levels with prognosis of HGSC patients was analyzed.Results:Kaplan-Meier survival analysis demonstrated that patients with high STAT1 expression was significantly associated with improved overall survival(P=0.013).Proportional hazards regression Cox models showed STAT1 expression,FIGO stage and cytoreduction had independent effect on overall survival.Conclusion:High STAT1 expression is associated with improved overall survival in HGSC and may serve as a prognostic marker.
