摘　　要：目的:分析新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下肿瘤患者焦虑现状及其影响因素。方法:对60例肿瘤患者进行问卷调查研究,内容包括人口学特征、疫情关注情况、疾病诊治情况及焦虑自评量表(SAS);统计分析影响患者焦虑量表评分的因素。结果:60例肿瘤患者SAS评分平均为(52.71±8.23)分,多因素分析结果显示城镇居民、疫情造成严重生活影响以及肿瘤诊治延迟或停止是造成肿瘤患者焦虑的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论:新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情影响下,肿瘤患者焦虑情绪明显,尤其针对疫情严重影响生活、肿瘤治疗延迟或停止及居住在城市的患者可考虑针对性给予干预,以减轻患者的焦虑心理。Objective:To investigate the anxiety status of tumor patients during the epidemic period of coronavirus disease 19(COVID-19)and analyze the influencing factors.Methods:Based on a cross-sectional study,data were gathered by the convenience sampling method from a WeChat tumor management group of 60 patients established in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University.And we used self-designed general information questionnaire to gather the general information.Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)was used to investigate the anxiety status of patients.Multivariate regression analyses were performed to identify factors associated with anxiety status.Results:During the epidemic period of COVID-19,tumor patients occurred anxiety.The Logistic analysis showed that the main influencing factors of anxiety were the urban residents,disturbed by COVID-19 and the treatment of tumor(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the epidemic period of novel coronavirus pneumonia,part of tumor patients showed anxiety obviously,especially for the patients whose life was seriously affected by the epidemic COVID-19,whose treatment of antitumor was delayed or stopped,and those who live in cities.So we should pay more attention to those tumor patients,and targeted intervention can be considered to alleviate the anxiety of patients.
