摘 要:某大型水电站继电保护信息管理系统结构与网络配置设计,成功解决了保护及安全自动装置与故障录波设施种类繁多、装置的通讯方式和通讯规约不尽相同、上送的数据量大等难题,不但可以将子站所有继电保护及安全自动装置、故障录波装置采集的信息上送主站,还可以通过Web服务在办公网络发布,并形成数据库和报表,实现数据统一管理,电厂信息化和智能化管理,非常适用于人员配置少、设备布置分散、自动化设备众多的大型水电站。The design scheme of the relay protection information management system in a large-scale hydropower station is introduced.With specifically designed structure and network configuration,the system can handle various types of protection and safety automation devices and fault recording facilities,different communication modes and protocols of devices,and large amount of data transmitted.It can not only send the information collected by all relay protection and safety automation devices and fault recording facilities of substations to the main station,but also publish the information in the office network through web services,and generate databases and report forms,so as to realize a unified data management,and informatized and intelligent management of the power plant.It is specifically suitable for large-scale hydropower stations with few personnel,scattered equipment distribution and numerous automation equipment.
