摘　　要：基于国际货运代理行业以中小微企业为主体的发展特点,推进行业企业参与人才培养全过程,探究融入共享经济发展理念,创建“1+N”结构化校企合作模式,创新“三选四享”教学组织形式,形成师资、专业和课程的校企共享实体经济模式,以及专业校企平台的共享网络经济模式,从而有效提升校企合作质量,探索校企高效协同路径,最终提升高职人才培养质量,形成以数据积累为核心的校企合作人才培育长效机制。Depending on the development features of small and micro enterprises as the main body in the industry of international freight forwarder,it explores the introduction of the development concept of sharing economy on the purpose of promoting the participation by the enterprises of overall talents cultivation process,by means of creating“1+N”structural cooperation of colleges and enterprises and innovating“Three Selects And Four Enjoys”educational arrangement for forming the sharing substantial economy of teachers,professions and curricula by enterprises and colleges and sharing network economy of professional platform of enterprises and colleges in order to promote efficiently the cooperative quality between colleges and enterprises,explore the efficient synergy paths and finally improve the talent cultivation quality in higher vocational educational colleges.Thus,the long-term mechanism will be formed for cooperative talent cultivation by enterprises and colleges based on accumulated data as key aspect.
