三点式钛板坚固内固定治疗颧骨颧弓过高的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究三点式钛板坚固内固定手术治疗颧骨颧弓过高的临床方法,为美容就医者提供指导。方法:选择2016年1月-2018年9月来笔者医院治疗颧骨颧弓过高的100例就医者为研究对象,所有研究对象均采用三点式钛板坚固内固定手术治疗,随访6个月结束后拍头颅三维CT,比较观察入选者颧骨颧弓愈合情况,另外观察其并发症发生情况并分析满意度。结果:100例就医者的手术切口均为一期愈合,颧骨颧弓高度均明显降低,术后随访6个月,入选者头颅三维CT前后端均显示骨断端愈合情况良好,愈合时间3~4个月,平均为3.5个月,所有入选者均对术后效果满意。术后即刻,100例中有5例出现张口受限,2例出现局部麻木情况;术后6个月,没有并发症发生,并发症发生率(0.00%)显著低于术后即刻(7.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.2539,P=0.00071)。结论:三点式钛板坚固内固定治疗能够明显降低颧骨颧弓高度,骨愈合情况良好,术后并发症少,恢复快且满意度高,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To study the clinical method of three-point titanium plate rigid internal fixation for the treatment of prominent zygomatic zygomatic arch,and provide guidance to the beauty practitioners.Methods 100 cases of cosmetic treatment for the treatment of prominent zygomatic zygomatic arch in our hospital from January 2016 to September 2018 were subjected as research object.All subjects were treated with three-point titanium plate solid internal fi xation.After 6 months of follow-up,three-dimensional CT scan of the skull was used to compare the healing of the zygomatic zygomatic arch in the selected subjects,and the complications and analysis satisfaction were observed.Results The surgical incisions of 100 cosmetic patients were all healed in one stage,and the height of the zygomatic zygomatic arch was signifi cantly reduced.After 6 months of follow-up,the front and back of three-dimensional CT of the selected cases showed good healing of the broken bone fracture.The healing time was 3-4 months and an average of healing time was 3.5 months.All candidates were satisfi ed with the postoperative results.At 0 hour after operation,5 of 100 cases had restricted mouth opening and 2 cases had local numbness.6 months after operation,there were no complications occurred.The incidence of complications(0.00%)was signifi cantly lower than that 0 hour after operation(7.00%),the difference was statistically signifi cant(χ2=7.2539,P=0.0071).Conclusion Three-point titanium plate solid internal fixation can significantly reduce the height of the zygomatic zygomatic arch,good healing of bone,less postoperative complications,quick recovery,and high satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
