摘 要:以四步切割机项目的凸轮刀系统为研究对象,针对比例阀存在较大死区、具有时变非线性特点,以及凸轮刀系统存在响应滞后等问题,基于补偿与模糊比例积分微分控制对凸轮刀系统的定位问题进行研究,提出将模糊比例积分微分控制与自适应死区补偿相结合的自适应控制方法。通过计算机软件搭建凸轮刀系统的仿真模型,设计加入自适应补偿的模糊比例积分微分控制器,并对凸轮刀系统的定位进行优化。通过试验对比确认,所提出的自适应控制方法对系统输出具有良好的校正作用,能够有效改善凸轮刀系统的定位性能。Taking the cam cutter system of the four step cutting machine project as the research object,in view of the large dead zone of the proportional valve featuring non linear time variation,and the presence of response lag in the cam cutter system,the positioning issue of the cam cutter system was studied based on compensation and fuzzy PID control and an adaptive control method combining fuzzy PID control and adaptive dead zone compensation was proposed.The simulation model of the cam cutter system was established by computer software,and the fuzzy PID controller with adaptive compensation was added in the design while the positioning of the cam cutter system was optimized.It is confirmed through experimental comparison that the proposed adaptive control approach has a favorable corrective action on the system output and can effectively improve the positioning capability of the cam cutter system.
