基于校企联合办学的大数据人才培养模式探究

摘　　要：为了适应新工科背景下人才培养新需求,按照我国新工科建设内涵,在深入调研所在区域大数据产业发展带来的巨大人才缺口的前提下,分析新经济环境对应用型本科人才培养的新要求。以吉林大学珠海学院阿里云大数据应用学院为例,研究新工科背景下,基于校企联合办学的应用型大数据人才培养特点、目标与方法。实践结果表明,该培养模式既适应了企业需求,又保证了人才培养层次与质量,为培养适应地区经济发展需求的大数据人才提供了一条有效路径。In order to meet the needs of new talents training under the background of new subjects,according to the connotation of new subject construction in our country,on the premise of investigating the huge demand for talents brought about by the rapid development of regional big data industry,this paper analyses the new requirements for application-oriented undergraduate talents cultivation in the new economic environment,and studies the new subject background by introducing the school-enterprise joint education.Based on the school-enterprise joint college.The characteristics,objectives and methods of training applied large data talents in industry construction are presented.Taking Aliyun University Data Application College of Zhuhai College of Jilin University as an example,this paper briefly introduces the new mode of training applied large data talents.The proposed training mode is of great significance in exploring the talent training mode in colleges and universities,and can provide more effective methods for talent training.
