摘  要:本研究旨在研究运动训练对肉鸡生长性能、抗氧化能力及肉质的影响.试验选取平均体重接近的21日龄AA肉鸡40只,分为4组.对照组不做处理,试验1、2、3组肉鸡分别按照20、40、60 m/min的速度进行运动训练,上午、下午各一次,每次10 min.各试验组利用2~4 d达到最大速度,试验共持续21 d.试验结果:与对照组相比,试验1、2、3组肉鸡的平均末重分别提高8.7%、11.9%、9.9%(P<0.05),ADG分别提高12.7%、17.3%、14.4%(P<0.05),FCR降低7.1%、9.7%、6.5%(P<0.05),试验3组ADFI提高6.9%(P<0.05).试验1、2、3组肉鸡血清中T-AOC分别提高10.4%、16.4%、13.9%(P<0.05),GSH-Px活性分别提高12.1%、18.3%、13.1%(P<0.05),MDA浓度降低11.2%、12.7%、7.7%(P<0.05),试验2、3组肉鸡血清中T-SOD活性较对照组升高13.7%、11.6%(P<0.05).此外,试验2、3组胸肌在屠宰后0 min的pH较对照组分别提高9.1%、7.6%(P<0.05),24 h的pH提高9.4%、8.3%(P<0.05),试验1、2、3组滴水损失较对照组分别降低10.4%、14.3%、9.8%(P<0.05),系水率提高7.6%、8.8%、8.9%(P<0.05).结果表明,运动训练显著促进肉鸡生长,增强抗氧化能力和肌肉品质,在20 m/min的速度运动时效果优于其他两个试验组.The aim of this study was to explore the effects of physical training on growth performance,antioxidant ability and meat quality of broilers.Forty 21 days old AA broilers with similar body weight were divided into four groups.The control group did not do the treatment,in the1,2,3 groups,the broilers were trained at the speed of 20,40 and 60 m/min in the morning and afternoon respectively,each time for 10 minutes.The maximum speed of each test group was achieved in 2~4 days,and the test lasted for 21 days.Results:the final weight of broilers in the1,2,3 groups higher by 8.7%,11.9%,9.9%(P<0.05),ADG higher by 12.7%,17.3%,14.4%(P<0.05),FCR lower by 7.1%,9.7%,6.5%(P<0.05),ADFI in the 3 group higher by 6.9%(P<0.05).T-AOC in serum of broilers in 1,2 and 3 groups higher by 10.4%,16.4%,13.9%(P<0.05),GSH-Px higher by 12.1%,18.3%,13.1%(P<0.05),and MDA lower by 11.2%,12.7%,7.7%(P<0.05),T-SOD in 2 and 3 groups higher by 13.7%、11.6%(P<0.05).In addition,the pH of the chest muscles at 0 min in the 2 and 3 groups higher by 9.1%,7.6%(P<0.05)and higher by 9.4%,8.3%at 1 hour(P<0.05).And the dripping loss in the 1,2,3 groups lower by 10.4%,14.3%,9.8%(P<0.05),and the water binding rate higher by 7.6%,8.8%,and 8.9%(P<0.05).The results showed that physical training promoted the growth of broilers,enhanced their antioxidant capacity and muscle quality,and the effect of exercise at the speed of 20 m/min was better than the other two groups.
