摘　　要：分析了S261无锡西环段工可阶段的技术难点,总结了路线线位的优化,低路基方案的采用,"一次规划、分期实施"理念在交叉节点处理上的运用,解决了工程实际问题,协调了工程的功能性、节约性、前瞻性。The paper analyzes the main technical difficulties on S261 of Wuxi Xihuan highway at feasibility study stage,and sum-marizes scheme optimization of highway route and the design of low embankment,sums up the design of highway network node u-sing the concept of "unified planning and phased implementation".The design scheme coordinates the functionality,economy andforesight of the project.
