摘　　要：目的分析外伤性颅眶沟通手术并行眶壁重建后的临床效果。方法回顾性分析3年来我科手术的16例外伤性颅眶沟通患者,行开颅(或开颅+开眶)并行眶壁重建后,对眼位及视功能的变化进行分析。结果 16例患者均行开颅(或开颅+开眶)去除嵌入眶内的粉碎骨质、脑组织,破损硬膜、眶骨膜修补,眶壁重建后,眼位及视功能均有改善。结论外伤性颅眶沟通病变清除嵌入眶内脑组织、粉碎骨质,破损硬膜、眶骨膜修补,行眶壁重建后有利于眼球复位,改善眼球活动障碍及复视。Objective Analyse the effect of treatment after operatival to tramaticcranial orbital communication and reconstruction orbital wall.Methods The data was studied retrospectively to the 16 cases oftramatic cranio-orbital communicating who underwent operation and reconstruction orbital wall nearly three years.Then the effect of treatment for orbital wall reconstruction after lesion resction was discussed.Results In this series,rbital wall reconstructed including dural repair and cranioplasty resulted in satisfactory outcome.Conclusion Removed broken bones and brain let into orbital by cranial approach(cranial approach+orbito-peronal approach)then reconstructed orbital wall are helpful to advance ambiopa and recover position of eye.
