利用病理质控系统筛查宫颈病变与HPV感染相关性

摘　　要：目的齐齐哈尔地区妇女宫颈上皮内病变与HPV感染的相关性的研究,为宫颈癌及宫颈上皮内病变的预防及治疗提供科学依据。方法随机选取200例宫颈上皮内病变患者进行HPV分型检测、DNA倍体检测及TCT检测。取TCT为高级别的鳞状上皮内病变者进行P16/Ki-67免疫双染检测。结果DNA倍体阳性患者中HPV阴性4例,阴性率11.0%,DNA倍体阳性组中HPV阳性36例,阳性率89.0%,与阴性组具有明显差异。TCT结果为高级别的鳞状上皮内病变者40例,P16/Ki-67共阳性组中HPV阴性2例,阴性率0.5%,P16/Ki-67共阳性组中HPV阳性29例,阳性率72.5%,与阴性组差异具有统计学意义。结论齐齐哈尔地区妇女宫颈上皮内病变和HPV感染具有紧密的联系,HPV感染是宫颈上皮内病变的主要原因。Objective To investigate the correlation between cervical intraepithelial lesion and HPV infection in women in Qiqihar area, and to provide scientific evidences for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial lesions. Methods Randomly selected 200 patients with cervical intraepithelial lesions examination HPV typing, DNA ploidy examination and TCT examination.and P16/Ki-67 immunocytochemistry double staining was peformed in patients with high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions detected by TCT examination. Results In the DNA ploidy positive group, HPV was negative in 4 cases, with a negative rate of 11.0%. In the DNA ploidy positive group, HPV was positive in 36 cases, with a positive rate of 89.0%, which was significantly different from that in the negative group. There were 40 cases of highgrade squamous intraepithelial lesions in TCT, 2 cases of HPV negative in p16/Ki-67 co positive group, the negative rate was 0.5%, 29 cases of HPV positive in p16/Ki-67 co positive group, the positive rate was 72.5%. Conclusion Cervical intraepithelial lesions are tightly related to HPV infection in women in qiqihar area.which is the main cause of cervical intraepithelial lesions.
