摘　　要：目的分析血清中IL-6与IL-27水平对不同分期多发性骨髓瘤(MM)患者的临床应用价值。方法用ELISA法检测50例初治MM(研究组)(2013年9月-2016年3月)和50例健康体检者(对照组)血清IL-6与IL-27表达水平,用ELISA法检测组间群体的血清IL-6与IL-27表达水平并进行比较分析。结果研究组血清中IL-27、IL-6表达水平明显高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期初发MM患者血清中IL-27、IL-6表达水平逐渐升高,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论监测血清中IL-6与IL27水平有利于判断多发性骨髓瘤患者的病情程度。Objective To analyze the clinical value of serum IL-6 and IL-27 levels in patients with multiple stages of multiple myeloma(MM). Methods The serum levels of IL-6 and IL-27 in 50 cases of newly diagnosed MM(study group) and 50 healthy subjects(control group) were detected by ELISA and compared. Results The levels of IL-27 and IL-6 in the serum of the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The serum IL-27 in the first-stage, second-stage and third-stage MM patients. The expression level of IL-6 increased gradually, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Monitoring the levels of IL-6 and IL-27 in serum is beneficial to determine the degree of disease in patients with multiple myeloma.
