肠内、肠外营养支持治疗急性胰腺炎的效果

摘　　要：目的对肠内营养支持和肠外营养支持治疗急性胰腺炎的效果进行分析和研究。方法选择本院在2017年1月-2018年10月期间收治的70例急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象,按照硬币法将这些患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各有35例。采用肠外营养支持对对照组予以治疗,采用肠内营养支持对观察组予以治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果两组治疗前的白蛋白和C反应蛋白水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组治疗后的血清白蛋白为(41.02±2.23)g/L,C反应蛋白为(9.38±2.45)g/L,观察组的治疗后的血清白蛋白为(46.88±2.07)g/L,C反应蛋白为(3.14±1.27)g/L。观察组治疗后的蛋白和C反应蛋白水平均明显优于对照组,两组患者相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率和住院时间均明显少于对照组,两组患者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性胰腺炎患者的临床治疗中采用肠内营养支持具有很好的治疗效果,能够加快患者的身体康复。Objective To analyze and study the effects of enteral nutrition support and parenteral nutrition support on acute pancreatitis. Methods Seventy patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the coin method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with parenteral nutrition support, and the observation group was treated with enteral nutrition support, and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in albumin and C-reactive protein levels between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05). Serum albumin after treatment was(41.02±2.23) g/L, and C-reactive protein was(9.38±2.45) g./L, the serum albumin of the observation group was(46.88±2.07) g/L, and the C-reactive protein was(3.14±1.27) g/L. The levels of protein and C-reactive protein in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the difference was significant between the two groups(P < 0.05). The incidence of complication and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of enteral nutrition support in the clinical treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis has a good therapeutic effect and can accelerate the physical recovery of patients.
