摘　　要：主要对车牌定位预处理中的去噪、去模糊进行研究,简述图像退化、噪声滤除、运动模糊复原相关算法的研究和应用,借助MATLAB实验仿真软件对提出的算法进行实验研究。分析实验结果,提出对图像复原算法维纳滤波的改进;对比分析复原前后的车牌定位结果,突出车牌定位预处理(图像恢复)在车牌定位中的重要性。The application of de-noising and de-blurring in the pre-processing of license plate location and the image degradation,noise filtering and motion blur restoration are briefly described.This paper analyzes the experimental results and puts forward the improvement of the Wiener filtering of the image restoration algorithm,and the importance of the license plate positioning pre-processing(image restoration)in the position of the license plate is highlighted by comparing and analyzing the vehicle license plate positioning results before and after the restoration.
