摘 要:该文利用分配作用确定了菲降解菌模拟细胞膜脂质体组成的最佳比例为胆固醇:卵磷脂为1∶2.25.借助此比例制备脂质体,以荧光探针1,6-二苯基-1,3,5-己三烯(DPH)的荧光偏振,探究了十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)浓度对模拟细胞膜流动性的影响.研究发现,当菲的浓度固定为1.0 mg/L时,随SDBS的浓度从30 mg/L增加到50 mg/L,模拟细胞膜的流动性逐渐增大;当SDBS浓度固定为30 mg/L时,随着菲浓度的增加,模拟细胞膜流动性逐渐增大,当菲浓度为0.7 mg/L时模拟细胞膜的流动性达最大.In this paper,the optimal ratio of the liposome composition(cholesterol and lecithin)was determined to be 1∶2.25 using the distribution function,where liposome was used to simulate the cell membrane of phenanthrene biodegrading bacteria.The effects of SDBS concentration on the fluidity of simulated cell membrane were investigated by fluorescence polarization of fluorescence probe 1,6-diphenyl-1,3,5-hextriene(DPH)using liposomes prepared as the above ratio.When the concentration of phenanthrene was fixed at 1.0 mg/L,the fluidity of simulated cell membrane gradually increased with the increase of SDBS concentration from 30 mg/L to 50 mg/L.In addition,when the SDBS concentration was fixed at 30 mg/L,the fluidity of the simulated cell membrane gradually increased with an increased concentration of phenanthrene,and the fluidity of the simulated cell membrane reached the maximum value when the concentration of phenanthocyanin was 0.7 mg/L.
