基于军民融合高职海军士官人才培养探索

摘　　要：为加快培养海军部队现代化建设的需要,开展了与普通高等学校合作培养海军士官人才。海军士官人才培养是由院校和部队共同联合完成,在士官人才培养中注重军民的融合,既注重专业技能能力的培养,同时也注重军事素养的培养。目前高职海军士官人才培养方面还存在很多问题,文章根据存在的问题提出了建立有效的协调机构和机制,创新人才培养模式,构建有效的军民融合的实践体系,构建一支军民两用的师资队伍等对策,有助于提升高职海军士官人才培养的质量。Toaccelerate the developmentof modernization construction of naval forces training,the army has cooperated with the general institutes of higher education to cultivate naval noncommissioned officerpersonnel.The cultivation of naval noncommissioned officerpersonnel is jointly undertaken by the colleges and the army.In the cultivation of noncommissioned officerpersonnel,military-civilian integration is paid attention to,and it focuses on the cultivation of professional skills and abilities and also the cultivation of military literacy.Currently,there are many problems still existing in the cultivation of higher vocational naval noncommissioned officerpersonnel.This paper,based on the existing problems,has put forward the countermeasures,including:establishing effective coordinating body and mechanism,innovating the personnel cultivation mode,establishing effective practice system of military-civilian integration,and building a teaching staff of military-civilian sharing,so as to help to improve the cultivation quality of higher vocational naval noncommissioned officer personnel.
