摘　　要：抗战时期,云南省教育厅力图在战前中等师范教育的基础上,通过加强师范教育宣传,执行“四项要则”标准,划分师范学校区,积极筹措教育经费,优待师范学生等措施推进中等师范教育发展。但是,限于底子薄弱,尤其教育经费投入不足,办理效果十分有限。During the War of Resistance Against Japan,the Education Department of Yunnan Province tried to promote the development of secondary normal education by strengthening the propaganda of normal education,carrying out the“four main principles”standard,dividing the areas of normal schools,actively raising funds for education and giving preferential treatment to students.However,it was limited due to the weak foundation,especially the insufficient investment of education funds,and the management effect was also very limited.
