摘　　要：鼻咽癌(nasopharyngeal carcinoma,NPC)是中国常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病机制通常与环境因素、EB病毒感染等有关。最近越来越多的研究发现,一些异常表达的长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)在鼻咽癌的发生发展起重要作用。LncRNAs是一类长度>200个核苷酸,缺乏蛋白质编码能力,可以调控很多基因的表达。尽管很多证据表明LncRNAs在鼻咽癌中的重要性,但目前还没有系统性地阐明这些lncRNAs与鼻咽癌的关系。这篇文章总结LncRNAs在鼻咽癌中的作用机制,并介绍LncRNAs可能作为鼻咽癌诊断、预后生物标志物以及潜在的治疗靶标。Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is one of the common malignant tumors in China,which is usually related to environmental factors and EB virus infection.Recently,increasing studies have found that some abnormally expressed long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)may play key roles in the development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.LncRNA,a non-coding RNA greater than 200 nt in length,is able to regulate the expression of many genes.Although growing numbers of evidences show that the importance of lncRNAs in nasopharyngeal carcinoma,the relationship between these lncRNAs and nasopharyngeal carcinoma has not been systematically illuminated.This review summarizes the mechanism of lncRNAs in nasopharyngeal carcinoma,and describes lncRNAs as potential biomarkers for the diagnosis and prognosis,as well as potential therapeutic target of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
