摘 要:为研究列车荷载作用下新型钢枕轨道结构受力特性,将混凝土枕轨道作为对比对象,分别建立新型钢枕和混凝土枕轨道-路基空间有限元模型,考虑钢枕处于4种沉降补偿量下的实际工况,对比分析新型钢枕和混凝土枕轨道结构受力特性。研究结果表明:新型钢枕轨道在抵抗变形和抗弯性能方面优于混凝土枕轨道;钢枕沉降补偿量大小对钢轨、钢枕受力影响较为显著,对轨道各部件变形影响不太明显;钢枕轨道和混凝土枕轨道的各部件受力与变形均主要发生在荷载作用位置处,并且2种轨道结构中轨枕的受力特性差异最大、钢轨和道床次之、路基最小。研究成果对新型轨枕的研发及应用具有一定参考价值。In order to study the mechanical characteristics of the new steel sleeper track structure under the train load,and the concrete sleeper track is used as the comparison object,the track-subgrade space model of the new steel sleeper track and traditional concrete sleeper were established respectively based on the finite element method,considering the actual working condition of the steel sleeper under the four kinds of settlement compensation,the mechanical characteristics of track structure between the new steel sleeper and traditional concrete sleeper under train load were compared and analyzed.The results show that the new steel sleeper track is superior to the traditional concrete sleeper track in resisting deformation and bending resistance.The settlement compensation amount of steel sleeper has a significant influence on the force of the rail and the steel sleeper,but the influence on the displacement of track components is not obvious.The stress and deformation of the track structure’s various components mainly occur at the load position,and the difference in the mechanical characteristics of the sleeper between the two track structures is the largest,the rail and track bed are the second,the subgrade is the smallest.The research results has certain reference value for the development and application of new sleepers.
