乳房再造手术同期行对侧乳房对称性整形手术效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析乳腺癌应用乳房再造手术同期行对侧乳房对称性整形手术治疗的效果。方法选择2016年2月-2019年2月安阳市肿瘤医院收治的66例乳腺癌手术患者进行研究,根据随机数表法分为两组,每组33例。对照组用乳腺癌手术与乳房再造手术治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上加用同期行对侧乳房对称性整形手术治疗。记录两组Ⅰ期愈合率、随访半年复发率、手术并发症率,同时调查患者对双侧乳房对称与美观满意程度,并予以组间对比分析。结果两组患者在Ⅰ期愈合率与随访半年复发率及手术并发症率上对比无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组患者对双侧乳房对称与美观满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌应用乳房再造手术同期行对侧乳房对称性整形手术治疗,与单纯乳房再造手术而言,Ⅰ期愈合率与复发率无显著差异,且不会增加并发症率,但是可以明显提高双侧乳房对称与美观满意率,值得临床应用。Objective To analyze the effect of contralateral symmetry plastic surgery on breast cancer with breast reconstruction.Methods 66 patients with breast cancer admitted to Anyang Tumour Hospital from February 2016 to February 2019 were selected for the study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups with 33 patients in each group.The control group was treated with breast cancer surgery and breast reconstruction surgery,while the observation group was treated with contralateral breast symmetry surgery on the basis of the control group.The phaseⅠhealing rate,recurrence rate and surgical complication rate of patients in the two groups were recorded,and the satisfaction degree of bilateral breast symmetry and beauty was investigated,and comparative analysis between groups were carried out.Results There was no significant difference between two groups of patients in phaseⅠhealing rate,followed up for six months on the recurrence rate and complications rate(P>0.05);The satisfaction rate of bilateral breast symmetry and beauty in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the pure breast reconstruction surgery,there was no significant difference in phaseⅠhealing rate and the recurrence rate on application of contralateral symmetry plastic surgery on breast cancer with breast reconstruction,and will not increase the rate of complications,but it can obviously increase the satisfaction of bilateral breast symmetry with beautiful,which is worthy of clinical application.
