摘 要:目的通过了解某航空公司飞行人员人体成分情况,分析其营养健康状况,为进一步有针对性地改善其健康质量提供参考依据。方法对2018年2月—3月进行职工体检的207名某航空公司职员的人体成分测量结果进行分析。结果207名飞行人员中,23.42%的女性体质量偏轻,45.83%男性有超重及肥胖。不同性别、不同年龄的体质量指数(BMI)、体脂率和腹部肥胖程度均存在差异,男性超重及肥胖比例(男:45.83%vs女:0.90%)、体脂超标率(男:64.58%vs女:3.60%)和向心性肥胖比例(男:17.71%vs女:6.31%)均高于女性;年龄≥30岁者各项比例也高于年龄<30岁者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同工种之间以安全员的各项比例为最高,其次为飞行员,客舱员最低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论飞行人员营养健康状况较差,应针对性地加强男性、≥30岁者和安全员的健康管理,提高其营养健康状况,保障飞行质量和安全。Objective To provide reference for further improving the health quality of pilots by understanding their body composition and analyzing their nutritional and health status.Methods From February to March 2018,the body composition of 207 flight personnel who came to a third-level hospital for physical examination was analyzed,and the SPSS software was used for statistical analysis.Results Among the 207 flight personnel,23.42%of women were underweight and 45.83%of men were overweight or obesity.There were significant differences in BMI,body fat rate and abdominal obesity among different genders and ages.The proportion of overweight and obesity(45.83%vs.0.90%),body fat rate(64.58%vs.3.6%)and centripetal obesity(17.71%vs.6.31%)in males were significantly higher than those in females.The proportion of the≥30 year-old group was also significantly higher than that of the age group<30 years old(P<0.05).Among the different types of work,the proportion of the safety personnel was the highest,followed by the pilots,and the cabin crew was the lowest,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The health status of flight personnel is poor.The health management of male,over 30 years old and safety personnel should be strengthened to improve their health status and ensure flight quality and safety.
