近十年跆拳道竞赛规则演变规律及其动因研究

摘　　要：科学合理的竞赛规则是运动项目朝着更公平、精彩方向发展的需要与保障。运用文献资料法、比较研究法和逻辑分析法,以跆拳道竞赛规则为研究对象,从有效得分、比赛场地、称重方式、判罚犯规、加时赛与优势判定等方面对近十年的规则变化进行分析,总结其演变规律及动因。研究发现,规则演变规律是更关注竞赛对抗的激烈、精彩程度;更强调犯规判罚的全面性和严格化;更注重判定结果的客观性与合理性;更重视竞赛规则体系的日臻健全与完善。其动因主要是:优化赛事质量的需要;保证比赛顺利开展的需要;发展运动员体能的需要;提高运动员技战术水平的需要;跆拳道运动项目可持续发展的驱动。Scientific and reasonable competition rules are the need and guarantee for the development of sports in a more fair and splendid direction.By using the methods of literature,comparative study and logical analysis,taking the rules of Taekwondo competition as the research object,this paper analyzes the changes of the rules in the past ten years from the aspects of effective score,competition field,weighing method,penalty,overtime match and advantage determination,and summarizes the evolution rules and causes.It is found that the rule evolution law pays more attention to the intensity and brilliance of competition;emphasizes the comprehensiveness and strictness of the penalty;pays more attention to the objectivity and rationality of the result;pays more attention to the perfection and perfection of the competition rule system.The main reasons are:the need to optimize the quality of the competition;the need to ensure the smooth development of the competition;the need to develop the physical fitness of athletes;the need to improve the technical and tactical level of athletes;the drive of the sustainable development of Taekwondo sports.
