摘　　要：应用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)建立了啶虫脒、吡虫啉、氯虫苯甲酰胺3种农药在杜仲茶中的残留分析方法。样品用乙腈匀浆提取,石墨化碳黑复合氨基柱(Carbon/NH2)净化,UPLC-MS/MS检测,外标法(ESTD)定量。在0.005~0.500 mg/L质量浓度范围内,3种农药的仪器响应值与质量浓度呈良好线性关系(线性回归系数R>0.998);在3个添加水平下(0.01、0.05和0.10 mg/kg)的平均回收率为90.0%~99.5%,相对标准偏差(n=5)为3.29%~10.57%,定量限为0.5 μg/kg。该方法简便快速、灵敏度高、重复性好,适用于检测杜仲茶中3种农药的残留量。An analytical method using ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)was developed for analysis of 3 kinds of pesticide residues i.e.,acetamiprid,imidacloprid and chlorantraniliprole,in Eucommia ulmoides tea.The samples were extracted by acetonitrile homogenate,purified by Carbon/NH2,detected by UPLC-MS/MS and quantified by external standard method(ESTD).In the range of 0.005-0.500 mg/L,there was a good linear relationship between the instrument response value and the mass concentration of three pesticides(linear regression coefficient R>0.998);the average recovery obtained from 3 spiked concentrations(0.01,0.05 and 0.10 mg/kg)was 90.0%~99.5%,the relative standard deviation(n=5)was 3.29%-10.57%,and the quantitative limit was 0.5μg/kg.The method is simple,rapid,sensitive and reproducible,and is suitable for the determination of three pesticide residues in Eucommia ulmoides tea.
