摘　　要：目的揭示新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情防控期间急诊骨折患者的流行病学特点,并探讨相应的治疗策略。方法收集2019年12月至2020年2月北京积水潭医院创伤骨科急诊骨折患者的流行病学资料,统计患者数量、致伤因素、骨折类型、年龄、性别以及手术和保守治疗比例,并以桡骨远端骨折为例介绍相应的治疗策略。结果COVID-19疫情防控期间创伤骨科急诊骨折患者总数变化不明显;低能量损伤比例为96.9%,四肢简单骨折比例为70.3%,高龄患者占38%,均较上年同期增高;手术治疗患者比例由上年同期的9%下降至6%。骨折患者的治疗策略较以往有所变化。结论COVID-19疫情防控期间创伤骨科急诊骨折患者流行病学特点发生变化,采取有针对性的治疗策略是必要的。Objective To describe the epidemiological characteristics of patients with fractures in Orthopedic Trauma Emergency of Beijing Jishuitan Hospital during the outbreak of COVID-19,and to introduce the treatment strategies of typical fracture.Methods The epidemiological data of patients with fractures treated in Orthopedic Trauma Emergency including the total number,injury mechanisms,fracture patterns,age,and the ratio of surgery and conservative treatment between December 2019 and February 2020 were reviewed,and the treatment strategies of the typical fracture were introduced.Results During the epidemic,the total number of patients with fractures in Orthopedic Trauma Emergency did not change significantly,while the proportions of patients with low-energy injury,simple limb fractures,and elderly patients were 96.9%,70.3%,and 38%,respectively,all of which were higher than those in the same period of last year.The surgery rate of fracture decreased to 6%in comparison with 9%of the same period of last year.To accommodate these changes,treatment strategies for common fractures has also changed.Conclusions The epidemiological characteristics of fractures in trauma emergency of a hospital in Beijing changed,so it is necessary to adopt targeted treatment strategies for fracture,at this particular moment.
