摘  要:目的分析并总结新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情期间创伤骨科急诊的工作现状和应对措施。方法记录2019年12月至2020年2月(COVID-19疫情防控期间)北京积水潭医院创伤骨科急诊的工作环境和就诊流程;统计患者构成并与上年同期进行比较;通过将医疗纠纷投诉例数与上年同期进行比较分析患者的心理状态变化;应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对医护人员的情绪进行评价,并与病房医护人员进行比较。结果创伤骨科急诊的诊疗环境得到重新规化,就诊流程较以往相对繁琐;患者总量无显著变化,高能量损伤患者比例下降,低能量损伤和老年骨质疏松性骨折患者比例升高,65岁以上患者比例升高,手术治疗患者比例下降;患者较以往存在更多焦虑、恐惧和不满等情绪;医护人员较以往存在更多焦虑和抑郁等心理问题。医院采取相应措施使创伤骨科急诊工作得以正常运行。结论COVID-19疫情对创伤骨科急诊工作产生较大影响,医院必须采取恰当的应对措施。Objective To analyze operation situation and countermeasures of Orthopedic Trauma Emergency during the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods The changes of works in Orthopedic Trauma Emergency including the working environment,treatment procedures,patient composition,psychological changes in both patients and medical staff in Beijing Jishuitan Hospital between December 2019 and February 2020 were reviewed and summarized.Results COVID-19 caused a significant impact on the working environment,treatment procedures,patient composition and psychological state of both patients and medical staff in Orthopedic Trauma Emergency.Countermeasures were taken to make the daily work run.Conclusion During the outbreak of COVID-19,the changes of works in Orthopedic Trauma Emergency are inevitable,and the countermeasures taken by the hospital are necessary and effective.
