摘 要:对一种DN650三偏心蝶阀不同开度下的阻力特性进行测试试验,随后加工去掉该蝶阀中间一段阀轴,由全轴蝶阀改为双端轴蝶阀,对比测试该蝶阀在不同开度下的阻力特性,试验表明,全开状态流阻系数明显减少,随着阀板关闭,减少幅度降低。为从细节上了解蝶阀流场变化情况,采用CFX对以上2种三偏心蝶阀进行数值模拟,流阻系数模拟值与试验值吻合很好,验证了数值模拟的正确性。The resistance characteristics test was carried out for a DN650 tri-eccentric butterfly valve with different openings.The middle section of valve shaft was removed so that the butterfly valve was changed from a full-axis type to a double-end-axis type.The comparison test of the resistance characteristics was conducted for the changed valve with different openings.The test results show that the flow resistance coefficients decrease significantly at the full-open position,and the reduction extent decreases with the closure of the valve.In order to understand the flow field change of the two valves in detail,the computational fluid dynamics software CFX was used to simulate the flow resistance coefficients.The simulation results show a good agreement with the experimental values,which verifies the correctness of the numerical simulation.
