建国以来干部道德建设的历史与经验

摘　　要：建国七十年来,干部道德建设经历三个重要的发展时期,分别是起步时期、发展时期和新时代深入推进时期。经过七十年的发展,干部道德建设积累了丰富的经验,主要体现在必须坚持马克思主义的理论指导、必须坚持以人民为中心的根本宗旨、必须坚持把政治建设作为干部道德建设的重要抓手、必须坚持把思想建设作为干部道德建设的一项基础性工作、必须坚持将制度建设作为干部道德建设的有力支撑、必须坚持在实践中增强干部的党性修养等方面。In the past 70 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the moral construction of cadres has gone through three important periods of development,namely,the initial period,the development period and the further promotion period of the new era.After 70 years of development,the construction of cadres’morality has accumulated rich experience,which is mainly reflected in the following aspects:we must adhere to the theoretical guidance of Marxism,the fundamental purpose of people-centered,the important grasp of political construction,the basic work of ideological construction and the system as a strong support for the moral construction of cadres,we must insist on strengthening the party spirit cultivation of cadres in practice.
