疣状角化不良瘤一例

摘　　要：59岁男性患者,头皮肿物1年余。皮肤科情况:头顶部可见一绿豆大淡粉色结节,中央见一脐形凹陷,内有灰白色角质物。组织病理示:棘层松解,角化不良,中央杯状凹陷,边缘可见绒毛、圆体和谷粒。诊断:疣状角化不良瘤。A 59-year-old male presented with nodule on his scalp for more than 1 year.Dermatology examination showed that a light pink umbilicated nodule with central keratin plugs located on the scalp.The histopathological examination showed a cup-shaped epidermal invagination,with acantholytic and dyskeratotic cells.At the margin,villus,corps ronds and grains were found.According to the clinical manifestations and histopathological features,the diagnosis of warty dyskeratoma was determined.
