牵正穴温针灸治疗周围性面瘫的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察牵正穴温针灸治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法66例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各33例。两组均给予西医常规治疗,对照组同时进行针刺治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用牵正穴温针灸治疗。两组患者分别于入组当天及治疗1、2个疗程进行面神经功能评分和House-Brack?mann(H-B)分级评定,并进行疗效统计。结果治疗1、2疗程后,两组H-B分级比较观察组均优于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组面神经功能评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗1疗程后,观察组痊愈率24.24%与总有效率87.88%均分别高于对照组的12.12%、75.76%(均P<0.05)。治疗2疗程后,观察组痊愈率75.76%高于对照组的42.42%(P<0.05)。结论牵正穴温针灸治疗周围性面瘫具有良好的临床疗效,且操作方便、安全。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of needle warming moxibustion at Qianzheng Point on peripheral facial paralysis,and to discuss its mechanism.Methods:66 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,33 cases in each.The two groups were treated with routine medicine,and the control group was added acupuncture,the observation group needle warming moxibustion on that basis.The facial nerve function score and HB grade were evaluated before treated for the first time and after treated with 1 and 2 courses of treatment,and the curative effect was statistically analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference in H-B neurofunctional classification and functional classification of facial nerve between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 and 2 courses of treatment,the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After one course of treatment,the cure rate and total effective rate of the observation group were 24.24%and 87.88%,respectively higher than those of the control group(12.12%and 75.76%,P<0.05).After two courses of treatment,the recovery rate of the observation group was 75.76%,higher than that of the control group(42.42%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Needle warming moxibustion at Qianzheng Point has a good clinical effect on peripheral facial paralysis,and its operation is convenient and safe,worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
