乳康饮对乳腺癌术后化疗患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察乳康饮对乳腺癌术后化疗患者免疫功能影响情况。方法选取120例乳腺癌术后化疗患者,按照就诊顺序,依次利用随机序列软件生成的随机序列数将所选患者分为观察组(60例)和对照组(60例)。对照组采取吡柔比星、环磷酰胺序贯多西他赛(4AC→4T)方案治疗,观察组在此化疗方案基础上联合乳康饮治疗,在完成8个治疗周期后对比两组患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白变化及不良反应发生情况。结果疗程结束后,观察组CD3+、CD4^+、NK细胞和CD4^+/CD8^+比值水平高于对照组,CD8^+细胞水平较对照组低(P<0.05)。对照组CD8^+细胞和CD4^+/CD8^+比值水平低于治疗前(P<0.05),但CD3+、CD4^+、NK细胞水平化疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组IgA、IgM、IgG水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05)。但治疗后观察组IgA、IgM、IgG水平高于对照组水平(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组出现不良反应及骨髓抑制情况总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳康饮可明显改善乳腺癌术后经4AC→4T方案化疗患者的免疫功能。Objective:To observe the effects of Rukangyin on immune function in patients with breast cancer postoperative chemotherapy.Methods:120 patients with breast cancer undergoing postoperative chemotherapy were divided into observation group and control group by random sequence software,60 cases in each group,according to the order of patients'visits.The control group was treated with doxorubicin,cyclophosphamide and docetaxel(4AC→4T).The observation group was treated with Rukangyin on the basis of chemotherapy.The percentage of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and the change of immune cells in the two groups were compared after 8 chemotherapy cycles.Results:After the treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+,NK in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the level of CD8^+was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The level of CD8^+,CD4^+/CD8^+in the control group was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the levels of CD3+,CD4^+,NK before and after chemotherapy(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgA,IgM and IgG in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgA,IgM and IgG in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total incidence of adverse reactions and myelosuppression in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rukangyin combined with4 AC→4T could significantly improve the immune function of breast cancer postoperative chemotherapy patients.
