摘  要:实验实训基地建设水平是衡量职业院校办学实力的重要指标,也是职业院校的重点工作之一。经过多年的建设,实训基地得到了充分的发展。但是多数实训基地重建设轻管理的思维依然存在,使用管理过程中存在诸多问题,对实训基地进行科学有效的考核势在必行。本文尝试借鉴企业广泛应用的平衡计分卡绩效评价方法,从四个维度对高职院校实训基地绩效评价体系进行构建,对提高实训基地管理水平,优化资源配置,促进可持续发展进行了有益的探索。The construction level of experimental training base is not only an important indicator to measure the strength of vocational colleges,but also one of the key work of vocational colleges.After years of construction,the training base has been fully developed.However,most of the training bases attach importance to the construction rather than the management,and there are many problems in the process of using the management,so it is imperative to carry out scientific and effective assessment of the training bases.This paper attempts to learn from the Balanced Scorecard performance evaluation method widely used by enterprises,and constructs the performance evaluation system of vocational training base from four dimensions,which is beneficial to improve the management level of training base,optimize resource allocation and promote sustainable development.
