摘　　要：以技术维度+内容维度,夯实升华价值维度,是文化科技创新的目标和追求。文艺是文化的鲜明载体。文艺与互联网+、新媒体的融合创新提供了研究文化科技创新问题的有效案例。互联网+文艺组织、曲艺+新媒体,均应统筹整合数据资讯,实现数字化转化、网络化应用,推进融媒集群和内容创新,通过建立新媒体集群(如官网、两微、移动应用产品、各类具有品牌效应的传播平台)、创新文艺传播方式(如直播、虚拟现实、云剧场、全媒体传播),形成规模化内容创新生产能力,即把文艺精品转化成网友喜闻乐见的网络文艺形态,实现技术维度与内容维度的统一,共同夯实升华价值维度。It is the goal and pursuit of cultural and scientific innovation to consolidate and sublimate the value dimension using technology dimension and content dimension.The fusion of literature and art and Internet+and new media provides us effective chances to study the innovation of culture and technology.This article studies two cases,that is,Internet+literature and art organizations,and new media+Chinese folk art forms.Both cases integrate data and information,realize digital transformation and network application,and promote integration media cluster and content innovation It points out that to establish new media cluster such as official website,weibo,wechat,mobile application products,and all kinds of communication platforms.and to innovate ways of literary and artistic communication such as live broadcasting,virtual reality,cloud theater,and all-media communication can help form a large-scale content innovation production capacity.To transform literary and artistic works into the popular online literary and artistic form can realize the unity of technical dimension and the content dimension and consolidate the sublimation value dimension.
