摘　　要：牙周炎是一种以牙周袋形成和牙槽骨吸收为特征的慢性炎症性和破坏性牙周病,菌斑生物膜是其初始病因。牙周非手术治疗是牙周治疗的基础。其中机械治疗是牙周治疗的金标准,辅以全身、局部药物治疗,以及免疫调节药物、激光治疗以及其他辅助措施,效果优于单独机械治疗。Periodontitis is a chronic inflammatory and destructive periodontal disease characterized by periodontal pocket formation and alveolar bone resorption.Plaque biofilm is the initial factor.The non-surgical therapy is the basis of periodontal treatment.Among them,mechanical treatment is the gold standard,supplemented by systemic and local drugs,immunomodulatory drugs,laser treatment and other auxiliary measures,the effect is better than that of mechanical treatment alone.
