精龙双补汤对老年慢性脑供血不足患者动脉血流速度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨精龙双补汤对老年慢性脑供血不足患者动脉血流速度的影响。方法选择2017年3月-2019年2月进行治疗的慢性脑供血不足患者96例,采用随机数表法分为两组,对照组48例患者予以西医常规治疗,在对照组基础上观察组48例患者加用精龙双补汤进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的动脉血流速度及临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组的颈总动脉、椎动脉、基底动脉平均血流速度相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组颈总动脉、椎动脉、基底动脉平均血流速度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床疗效总有效率89.58%高于对照组72.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年慢性脑供血不足患者采用精龙双补汤治疗效果确切,可有效改善脑循环,提高临床疗效。Objective To investigate the effect of Jinglong Shuangbu decoction on artery flow velocity in senile patients with chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency. Methods 96 patients with chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency who treated in the hospital from March 2017 to February 2019 were divided into two groups by random number table. Control group(48 cases) was given routine western medicine, and observation group(48 cases) was treated with Jinglong Shuangbu decoction based on control group. The artery flow velocity and clinical efficacy were compared between two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no statistical difference in the mean flow velocity of common carotid artery, vertebral artery and basilar artery between two groups(P>0.05);After treatment, the mean flow velocity of common carotid artery, vertebral artery and basilar artery in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05);The total effective rate of observation group(89.58%) was higher than that of control group(72.92%)(P<0.05). Conclusions Jinglong Shuangbu decoction in treatment of senile patients with chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency is effective, it can improve cerebral circulation and increase total effective rate, which is worthy of promotion and application.
