摘　　要：目的分析早期胃肠道营养联合奥美拉唑对重症脑卒中并发应激性溃疡出血的预防效果。方法选择2017年7月至2018年7月来我院接受治疗的100例重症脑卒中并发应激性溃疡出血患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(早期胃肠道营养)和治疗组(早期胃肠道营养联合奥美拉唑),各50例。比较两组的出血时间、住院时间、治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果治疗组患者的出血时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的治疗总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的不良反应总发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的16.00%(P<0.05)。结论早期胃肠道营养联合奥美拉唑治疗重症脑卒中并发应激性溃疡出血患者的效果显著,可缩短住院时间,促进患者恢复。Objective To analyze the preventive effect of early gastrointestinal nutrition combined with omeprazole on severe stroke complicated with stress ulcer bleeding.Methods From July 2017 to July 2018,100 patients with severe stroke complicated with stress ulcer bleeding received treatment in our hospital were selected as the study objects,and the patients were randomly divided into control group(early gastrointestinal nutrition)and treatment group(early gastrointestinal nutrition combined with omeprazole),with 50 cases in each group.The bleeding time,hospitalization time,therapeutic effects and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The bleeding time and hospitalization time in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was 90.00%,which was higher than 70.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 4.00%,which was lower than 16.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early gastrointestinal nutrition combined with omeprazole in the treatment of severe stroke patients with stress ulcer bleeding has a significant effect,which can shorten the hospitalzation time and promote the recovery of patients.
