摘 要:国内钢铁集团正经历整合、搬迁、新建等过程,其制造基地的版图在扩大,传统单个基地的制造管理系统难以满足基地间的互通、互联、互促要求。因此,针对钢铁制造企业制造管理系统多基地部署现状,结合业务需求以及系统实际情况,对集中部署、分布式部署进行研究和探讨,并提出"集中+分布式"部署方案,为各大型制造企业选择合适的系统部署方式提供参考。Domestic steel groups are experiencing the process of integration,relocation,and new construction,and the layout of their manufacturing bases are expanding. The traditional single base manufacturing management system is difficult to meet the interoperability,interconnection and mutual promotion requirements between the bases. Therefore,aiming at the multi base deployment of manufacturing management system in steel manufacturing enterprises,the centralized deployment and distributed deployment in combination with the business requirements and the actual situation of the system were studied and discussed. In the end,a " centralized + distributed deployment" scheme for the selection of suitable system deployment mode was proposed for the large manufacturing enterprises.
