摘　　要：主要介绍了制造执行系统(manufacturing execution system,简称MES)质量管理模块中的冷轧退火工艺动态质量设计功能、业务流程及在冷轧工艺质量设计中的应用。根据原料的化学成分、实际规格等对生产工序进行动态质量设计,可以做到在冶金规范的基础上,依据合同的订货要求,为每一个物料设计更合适的工艺控制参数,以优化物料产出质量,并形成每个物料的动态质量跟踪履历。The dynamic quality design function of cold rolling annealing process in MES system quality management module was mainly introduced,where the business process and application for this design were mentioned as well. Dynamic quality design can be achieved according to the chemical composition of the raw materials,the actual specifications,etc. Based on the metallurgical specifications,appropriate process control parameters for each material can be achieved to optimize the materials output quality according to the contracting requirements of the contract,which can form a dynamic quality tracking history for each material.
