摘  要:随着科技的不断进步,家居木制品表面装饰趋于高效化和环保化,这使得传统家具表面装饰如雕刻、彩绘、镶嵌、印刷、五金和贴面等技术方法存在的问题日渐突出。在将高新技术与传统技术结合的过程中,3D打印在家具表面装饰中的运用起到了重要作用,其能快速高效实现家居木制品个性化和规模化的表面装饰,以满足人们对家具外观和功能的不同需求;同时家居木制品表面3D打印装饰所采用的原材料绿色环保,符合人们对环境保护和身体健康的要求。本研究主要介绍了传统家居木制品表面装饰方法,分析其在加工工艺、环境保护等方面存在的问题,并以这些问题为出发点,重点阐述家居木制品表面3D打印装饰的可行性、优势、应用性及其案例分析,为3D打印家居木制品表面装饰的拓展应用奠定基础。With the progress of science and technology,the surface decoration of household wood-based furnishings is getting more efficient and environmental friendly,which leads the prominent problems of traditional furniture decoration technologies,such as engraving,painting,mosaic,printing,metallic decoration,and veneering. In the process of the combination of new and traditional technology,the use of 3D printing technology plays an important role in the furniture surface decoration. It can not only enable the personalized and large.scale surface decoration of wood-based furnishings to meet different needs of people for the appearance of furniture quickly and efficiently,simultaneously,the raw materials used in 3D printing surface decoration are green and environmental,which are in line with people’s environmental protection and physical health requirements. In this study,the traditional surface decoration methods of wood-based furnishing were introduced,and their problems in processing and environment protection were analyzed. In view of the existing problems,the feasibility,advantages,applications,and case analysis of 3D printing surface decoration of wood-based furnishings were introduced emphatically,which will establish a foundation for the expansion and application of 3D printing surface decoration in wood-based furnishings.
