摘　　要：近年来家具定制市场不断扩大,家具智能制造技术日益革新,牵动的是从销售到设计再到生产的整个流程,而设计作为承接前端销售和后端生产的中间纽带,其效率的提升十分重要。数字化是智能制造的基础和关键,没有数字便没有智能,数字化设计也因此成为各家具智造企业不可忽视的一环。面对发展日益成熟的板式定制家具,实木家具的定制与智造迫在眉睫。本研究通过中国实木定制家具设计现状及传统设计方式与数字化设计方式的对比,分析了家具数字化设计的优势所在,并提出数字化设计的关键是减少产品内部多样化。在此基础上,又提出基于TopSolid与酷家乐的数字化设计平台,通过在TopSolid与酷家乐软件中搭建可对接的标准零部件库,打通前端店面与后端工厂,从而提升整个流程的精度与效率。In recent years,the furniture customization market has been expanding,and the furniture intelligent manufacturing technology has been increasingly innovated,which is affecting the entire process from sales to design to production. As the intermediate link between front.end sales and back.end production,the promotion of design efficiency is of great importance. Digitalization is the foundation and the key to intelligent manufacturing. Without digital,there is no intelligence. The digital design has therefore become a key step of furniture intelligent manufacturing enterprises that cannot be ignored. In face of the gradually matured customized board furniture industry,the customization and intellectual manufacturing of solid wood furniture is imminent. Through the design status of Chinese solid wood customized furniture and the comparison of traditional design method and digital design method,the advantages of digital furniture design are analyzed,and the key to digital design is to reduce the internal diversity of products. On this basis,a digital design platform based on TopSolid and Kujiale was proposed. By setting up a dockable standard parts library in TopSolid and Kujiale,the front.end storefront to the back.end factory was integrated,which will improve the efficiency and accuracy of the entire process.
