摘　　要：分析当前高校研究生创新创业精神培养工作面临的主要问题,通过开设创新创业指导课程、开展创新创业实践活动、实施多维创新创业人才培养模式、营造良好的创新创业校园文化氛围等,加强研究生创新创业精神的培养。This thesis analyzes the main problems in the cultivation of postgraduate students'innovation and entrepreneurship spirit,and strengthens the cultivation of postgraduate students'innovation and entrepreneurship spirit by offering innovation and entrepreneurship guidance courses,expanding innovation and entrepreneurship practice activities,implementing multi-dimensional innovation and entrepreneurship talent cultivation mode,and creating a good innovation and entrepreneurship campus culture atmosphere.
