摘　　要：基于习近平总书记提出的“让有信仰的人讲信仰”,对高校思政课教师如何坚守马克思主义信仰进行深度思考。在进一步明确信仰及马克思主义信仰内涵的基础上,结合当前高校思政课教师信仰状况,从高校思政课在意识形态领域的重要作用、高校思政课教师在立德树人中的不可替代性、加强思政课教师实践教育意义三个方面阐释了高校思政课教师在实践层面坚守马克思主义信仰的价值要义,提出以马克思主义信仰中国化、时代化、本土化的实践路径,让思政课教师在体验感悟中增强对马克思主义的认同,让马克思主义信仰落地生根。Based on General Secretary Xi Jinping′s idea of"Letting people with faith teach faith",we should consider deeply about how the teachers of ideological and political theory courses can stick to the Marxist doctrines.On the basis of further clarifying people′s beliefs and the connotation about the belief in Marxism,combined with the current situation of the belief of the teachers in charge of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities,this paper,from the aspects of the important role of ideological and political theory courses in the ideological field,the irreplaceable role of the teachers of ideological and political theory courses in moral education,the significance of strengthening practical education for teachers of ideological and political theory courses,expounds the value essence of the teachers′adherence to the Marxist belief at the practical level,and puts forward the argument that taking the sinicization,modernization and localization of the Marxist belief as a practical path may let the teachers of ideological and political theory courses strengthen their identity of Marxism in the experience and perception,and let the Marxist belief take root.
