摘  要:目的探讨医护人员及护理管理者对消化内镜专科护士培养及其所应具备核心能力的看法和观点,为消化内镜专科护士培养方案的建立提供理论依据。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,运用一对一面对面访谈与电话访谈法,对5家三级甲等综合医院消化内镜中心护士长及护士、消化内镜中心主任、消化专科医生共10名临床医护人员及2名护理管理者进行半结构式访谈,并运用Colaizzi分析法进行资料分析,提炼主题。结果通过访谈得出4个主题:消化内镜护士承担着多种角色;消化内镜护士需要进行专科化培训;有必要对消化内镜护士进行专科化培养认证,但目前资质认证还存在一定困难;消化内镜专科护士应具备多种核心能力。结论建议对消化内镜护士进行专科化培养和认证,重视和加强对消化内镜专科护士内镜诊疗配合能力、评判性思维能力、沟通协调能力、职业精神及科研创新能力等几种重要核心能力的培养。Objective To explore the opinions of doctors, nurses and nursing managers on specialized nursing training for nurses of digestive endoscopy department and their core capabilities so as to provide a rational for standardized training program for nurses of digestive endoscopy department. Methods A semi-structured interview was conducted among 10 doctors or nurses and 2 nursing managers. The data were analyzed based on Colaizzi’s phenomenological research method, and themes were summarized.Result Four themes were extracted, including the multiple roles of nurses of digestive endoscopy department, needs of nurses of digestive endoscopy department for specialized training, difficulties in immediate certification, needed core competence. Conclusions It is to perform training program and certification for nurses of digestive endoscopy department. For this reason, we should pay attention to the training of capacities such as cooperation with endoscopy during endoscopy examination and therapy, critical thinking,communication, professionalism and scientific research.
